I've always been passionate about interior design and architecture—the way a transformation comes to life and how a thoughtfully designed space, rooted in both functionality and beauty, can make you feel. Through the use of texture, colour, light and carefully considered details, a room has the power to evoke emotion, create comfort and influence our everyday experiences.
I studied interior design and have always applied its principles in my own home, carefully considering colour, texture, lighting and atmosphere to create spaces that feel calm, beautiful and inviting.
Over time, I realised that fragrance is just as important as the furniture we choose or the colours we paint our walls. To me, scent is like accessorising a room. Just as artwork, lighting and carefully chosen pieces bring personality and warmth to a space, fragrance is the finishing touch—an invisible layer that transforms how a room feels.
A beautifully designed room isn't only about what we see; it's also about what we experience. The right fragrance can create comfort, evoke memories, soften an evening or bring a sense of quiet luxury to everyday moments.
Donna Henry was born from this belief.
I wanted to create more than home fragrance products. I wanted to create collections inspired by timeless interior design eras, where fragrance and interiors come together to shape the atmosphere of a home.
Our inaugural collection, Art Deco – After Dark, draws inspiration from the elegance and glamour of the Art Deco movement—rich textures, ambient lighting and sophisticated spaces designed to be enjoyed slowly.
