Our candles provide approximately 40–60 hours of burn time when cared for properly. For the best experience, trim the wick to 5mm before each burn and keep away from drafts.
Do candles expire?
Candles do not technically expire, but fragrance can gradually fade over time. Store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and enjoy within 12–18 months for the best scent performance.
What wax do you use?
Our candles are hand-poured using a premium paraffin wax blend, chosen for its exceptional fragrance throw, smooth finish, and consistent burn performance.

How do I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges of the vessel to help prevent tunnelling. Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time and never leave a burning candle unattended.
How do I care for my reed diffuser?
Allow up to 24 hours for the reeds to fully absorb the fragrance oil. Flip the reeds every few days to refresh the scent. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources to extend the life of your diffuser. Most diffusers last approximately 8–12 weeks depending on room size and airflow.
How do I use my room spray?
Spray 2–4 times into the centre of the room or lightly onto soft furnishings such as cushions, curtains, or bedding. Hold the bottle approximately 30cm away from fabrics. Avoid spraying directly onto delicate materials, polished surfaces, or open flames.
Are your products safe around pets and children?
Keep all products out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended. We recommend using candles, diffusers, and room sprays in well-ventilated spaces. If you have pets, ensure they can leave the room freely and always follow product safety guidance.
